The CosmoGrill Pro Deluxe 6+1 is a long, six-burner gas barbecue for people who host summer gatherings and want a big cooking area without the weight of a premium cart grill. It stands out for what comes in the box: a 600D Oxford fabric weatherproof cover, plus a side burner, warming rack and enclosed cabinet. At around 40 kg it is also much lighter than the Weber Genesis models.

In its favour
- Six main burners over a 77 x 42 cm grill give plenty of room to run hot and cool zones.
- The 2.5 kW side burner is a conventional ring, handy for sauces, beans and sides.
- A 600D Oxford fabric cover is included to protect it between cooks.
Good to know
- A regulator and hose are not included, so budget for a 37 mbar propane or 28 mbar butane set.
- Each main burner is rated at 2 kW, lower per burner than the Platinum models.
Our take
Burners, power and the hood
CosmoGrill lists six stainless steel main burners at 2 kW each, giving 12 kW, plus a 2.5 kW side burner, for a total of 14.5 kW. Every burner lights individually through Piezo ignition. The hood is double-walled to hold heat, and a built-in thermometer shows the temperature inside.
Six burners across a 77 x 42 cm grill mean you can run several distinct zones, which is helpful when cooking different meats for a crowd.
Grates, flame tamers and warming rack
The grill grates are enamelled steel and lift out for cleaning, as does the grease tray. V-shaped flame tamers sit above the burners to protect them from dripping fat. A full-length stainless steel warming rack runs above the grill, useful for buns, keeping cooked food hot or gentle indirect cooking.
Amazon gives a total cooking area of 3,214 cm². Enamelled steel does not hold heat quite like cast iron, so expect lighter sear marks than on a Genesis grate.
Setup, gas and storage
The grill arrives flat-packed in two boxes and needs assembly. A regulator and hose are not included: CosmoGrill specifies a 37 mbar regulator for propane or a 28 mbar regulator for butane, so order the correct one at the same time.
There is an enclosed cabinet underneath, but the listing warns that gas canisters should never be placed inside it during use. A side table provides room for plates, and castor wheels help move it. EU spare parts are listed as available for ten years; the warranty is one year.
Pro Deluxe 6+1 against the other big grills
The CosmoGrill Platinum 6+2 from the same brand adds a rotisserie back burner, an infrared sear zone and cast iron grates, with 27.7 kW claimed. The Weber Genesis II E-310 GBS offers a 3,456 cm² area and a side burner, but weighs 77 kg. The unbranded Deluxe 6+1 gas grill has a similar 6+1 layout at 12 kW with less detail in its listing.
Verdict
The Pro Deluxe 6+1 suits hosts who want a big six-burner grill with a side burner and cover included, in a frame light enough to move. If you want stronger searing and a rotisserie, step up to the CosmoGrill Platinum 6+2, and if you want Weber build and the GBS insert system, the Genesis II E-310 GBS is the alternative.
